Deliveries are made with HFD company.
Delivery time: 15-30 business days from order confirmation.
Delivery is made to the customer's home.
Section 6 – Returns and Cancellations
Products can be returned according to the Consumer Protection Law within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
Product returns are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective.
Orders can be canceled before shipment, and a full refund will be issued.
In case of cancellation after payment, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to the payment method from which the order was placed.

The use of personal information is subject to our privacy policy, which details the collection of data (email, phone, payment details) and its use for order processing and customer service.
