Return and Cancellation Policy

We believe in providing a fair and pleasant shopping experience. At LIVE360, we operate in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and its regulations, and we allow returns and cancellations in accordance with the law.

Cancellation and Returns
You may cancel a transaction or return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product has not been used, opened, or damaged.

Cancellation before the product has been shipped – a full refund will be issued, including shipping fees.
Cancellation after the product has been shipped – the product must be returned in its original packaging and in new condition. The initial shipping fees are non-refundable.
The return will be sent to the address provided in advance in coordination with customer service.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
There are no returns at a physical collection point.
Refund processing time: up to 10 business days.
No full refund will be given for shipping and handling fees.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in NIS only.
Refund processing begins once the returned product is received by the company.
Cancellation fees may apply in accordance with the law.

The company reserves the right to cancel a transaction in cases such as: an item being out of stock, an obvious pricing error, exceptional circumstances (including force majeure, security situations, or communication failures). In such cases, the customer will be offered an alternative product of equal value or a full refund. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the cancellation.
